Project managed the upgrading of the following: new CCTV system, new LED street lighting, new wayfinding and health and safety signage, electricity sub station asset replacement, drainage repairs, sprinkler value replacement, installation of automated meter readings for gas and electricity sub meters.

Adjusted the service charge apportionment, following the construction of new units on the estate.
