Specialising in property management, I now serve as Director, Property Management. Outside work, I’m married with two children and enjoy gardening and DIY projects.

I am a Commercial Chartered Surveyor and former Senior Partner at Dodds Brown Commercial, with over 40 years’ experience advising on commercial property, regeneration and strategic development across Teesside and the North East. I have led landmark schemes from concept to delivery, including Centre Square, Middlehaven and TeesAMP, totalling over 2 million sq ft. I provide trusted consultancy and asset management advice to major corporate, institutional and public-sector clients, supporting sustainable growth and regeneration. I am a dedicated finance professional with four years of experience and a passion for accuracy, compliance, and problem-solving. Having completed Level 2 AAT in Principles of Bookkeeping Controls, I am currently studying Level 3 to advance my expertise. I care deeply about integrity and efficiency in financial processes. Outside of work, I enjoy personal development and staying active, which helps me maintain focus and drive in achieving professional goals.

With 40 years of experience in residential and commercial property, I became an Associate Member of RICS in 2007. Currently, I work in the accounts team, ensuring timely tenant payments, resolving queries, and managing disputes. My focus is safeguarding client cash flow by minimising bad debt and financial risk. Outside work, I am an avid traveller and enjoy walking with my dog.

I joined the company in 2013 as an apprentice, initially working on reception before progressing into a full-time role within the agency department. Over time, I’ve built a strong understanding of the business and now support multiple departments, I enjoy being involved in the entire process, from placing a property on the market to seeing it through to completion. Outside work, I am a keen supporter of the England Lionesses and can normally be found on the terraces.

I oversee daily operations within our commercial portfolio, addressing challenges, developing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient building performance. I work closely with tenants to meet their needs and maintain an effective working environment. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and keeping chickens.

I work collaboratively across the business to keep operations running smoothly, continually reviewing systems, processes, and technology to drive efficiency and innovation. I bring over two decades of experience in commercial property management accounting. I specialise in service charge administration and maintain direct client relationships while leading a high-performing accounts team. Beyond my professional role, I enjoy supporting Newcastle United, following Formula 1, and spending quality time with my children—whether watching films, attending football matches, or sharing in their interests.

I have twelve years of experience in property management, supported by many years as a management accountant / controller within several multinational organisations. In my current role, I focus on delivering value for clients by collaborating closely with clients, tenants and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes. Outside of work, I enjoy dog walking with friends, practising yoga, music, travel and spending time with my family.

I advise across the office, retail, industrial and leisure sectors, with particular insight into the Tees Valley and town centre regeneration. Recent projects include Centre Square, Middlesbrough and Teesdale Business Park. Outside work, I enjoy outdoor pursuits, tennis, and supporting my twin daughters in local youth theatre.
