Sales & Lettings
Focused on ensuring the Tenant experience is as good at it can be which involved a number of added value initiatives, including:
Recruitment of a well-presented concierge and building manager providing high quality first impression when tenants and visitors enter the building.
Prepared a bespoke tenant’s manual detailing all building facilities available to tenants within the building including details of health and safety and operational matter relevant to tenants.
Introduced a new signage strategy for the building to improve the branding, raise the profile of the building and ensure Tenant signage was controlled and consistent throughout the building.
As the building reaches full occupancy we have sourced and are working with an operator to reopen the on-site café and are planning a number of tenant events in the building.
Success Factors and Key Lessons:
- Grade A space is highly sought after by companies looking to upgrade their accommodation post pandemic.
- Hybrid working models post Covid have reduced the amount of floor space some occupiers require.
- Occupiers are expecting a greater level of amenities.
- The quality of the physical environment around the building is important, including an element of outdoor space or a close connection to an outdoor space such as parks and gardens.
