Extensive search for site to relocate Nifco’s ageing manufacturing facility from Yarm Lane in Stockton due to expansion. Through engagement with Stockton Borough Council were able to shortlist 2 sites off market. Subsequently secure 12 acre site at Durham Lane and bought together professional team to deliver new manufacturing facility totaling 190,000 sqft
