Presented to business events and key stakeholders including various business professionals and potential occupiers
Advised on occupational leases including the recommendation to incorporate RPI mechanisms at rent review stages to add significant value for the freeholder
Recommended various increases in rent and reduction in tenant incentives throughout the marketing period as demand was proven.
Rental levels of £5.50 per square foot were achieved on the first lettings but as demand was proven and we built momentum through the marketing campaign, we were able to achieve rental levels in excess of £7.00 per square foot for the last few lettings.
The marketing period commenced in September 2019, the development was completed in May 2020 and the units were fully let by March 2022.
